DIRECTOR: CAPITAL PROGRAMME
Salary: R948 174 per annum (Level 13) (Ref. 141764/1) • Pretoria Head Office

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance-related fields, 5 years’ experience in a Middle/Senior Managerial role in the electricity distribution industry. Project management will be an added advantage PLUS the following key competencies: Knowledge of: • INEP processes and procedures • Policies and directives • Electrification, PFMA and DoRA. Thinking demand: • Analysis of information gathered and systems analysis. Skills: • Advanced electrical and project and programme management • Electricity planning (network planning) • Conflict management • Leadership • Financial management • Managerial • Project management • Integration • Computer • Presentation. Personal attributes: • Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Duties: • Oversee the financial management of the Integrated National Electrification Programme (INEP), Business Planning Unit (BPU) • Develop financial management, operations, administration and internal control system of INEP • Ensure compliance with the PFMA and Division of Revenue Act (DORA) by INEP and Licensed Service Provider and determine INEP costing processes • Oversee electrification contract management • Manage administration of technical audits • Develop capacity of INEP Fund Management within Municipalities • Manage the resources of the Directorate.
