Salary: R51 441.74 per month (basic salary excluding benefits)
Educational requirements and experience:
•  University  degree  (NQF  level  7)  in  the  field  of  Business/Public   Administration,  Computer Science, Finance, or Information Systems • More than 5 years’ related work experience preferably in a large multifaceted service organisation, with 3 years' Middle Management experience • Excellent communication skills on a very complex subject  • ICT industry development and trend understanding • Work within a highly regulated 
organisation • Be change compliant and be able to act as a change agent for own unit  • Availability to work extended hours or be on standby.
Job description: 
The  Service  Relationship  Management  function  has  the  mandate  to  establish  a  relationship  between  IT  and  the  business,  and  to  increase  the  value  realised  from IT  assets,  investments,  and  capabilities.  The  incumbent  will  be  responsible  for  understanding  the  business,  assisting  in  the  prioritisation  of  projects,  ensuring  that  projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and  directing IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. The SRM is the liaison  between IT and the business unit, and a trusted advisor to the business unit. As such, the  successful candidate needs to have significant knowledge of subject matters pertaining 
to both IT and the business, and must have a thorough understanding of the business  to identify its needs and envisage business solutions. The SRM reports to the Head of  ICT. It must be noted that the post holder will operate in an extremely complex,  high pressure environment in terms of the group notion.
